About Ethical Rights
Ethical Rights Pty Ltd was established in 2009 to provide information and to challenge people, with the objective of making people think more critically about important ethical, human rights, scientific and related issues. In this way we can all do our bit to make the world a better place for all.
Ethical Rights was established by David Swanton, an ethicist and PhD scientist. David is also a Chapter Coordinator for Exit International in Australia, the euthanasia advocacy group established by Dr Philip Nitschke, and a member of Dying with Dignity NSW.
The objectives of Ethical Rights are to:
- encourage people to think more, and act better, to make the world a better place
- work towards ensuring individual rights are respected for all people
- producing articles, submissions, books such as The Bibbble, and music that encourage thinking, debate and action on ethical, human rights, science and related issues
- developing An Ethical Manifesto, that will form the basis of representations to policy makers, to lay the foundations for a more ethical world society.
